BarrelSmokers are available in three different sizes. 55 Gallons, 85 Gallons, and 110 Gallons.
For most people, the 55 Gallon smoker is just right, but if you have bigger needs for competition, business, vending or anything else, then our 85 Gallon or 110 Gallon units may be just what you need.

Our cookers produce great results in 2/3 the time compared to larger cookers while using considerably less fuel. That means you're saving time and money while enjoying your wonderful, flavorful food.

We also believe it is one of the fastest up to temp. real smokers available. When you figure approx. ten minutes for chimney to ready using good fuel, then after adding to unlit fuel in box, adding components and two to five minutes you're up to temp.(slightly longer in mountains).This is in all types of weather, with all three models. Around 12 to15 minutes, and let the fun begin!

By using the Smoker Plate, we don't get the ashes along with the heated juices we taste. It also makes it a smoker, not a grill. I was taught that a grill uses direct heat, smoker indirect. Using a water pan ensures a moist product and more forgiving time zones. Great Food Fast!

We have designed all components to be bolt-on and flanged. This means if a barrel would get damaged, and parts are OK, one can bolt all componets to a make a new BarrelSmoker.
 

Product Details

The 55 Gallon model comes with 2 racks with 7.5" spacing, and comes with 2 thermometers.
The 85 Gallon model comes with 3 racks with 8" spacing, and comes with 3 thermometers.
The 110 Gallon model comes with 4 racks with 7" spacing, and comes with 4 thermometers.

These are the standard configurations, but rack numbers and spacing can be adjusted by request. We can also mount therms. on right side of intake if that works better for you.

We also have Stainless Steel components and all Stainless Steel BarrelSmokers available for those in harsh environments, such as sea coasts and onboard your water vessels.
